🎓 Educational Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Education, Instructional Design, or related fields (Preferred).
• OR Professional Qualifications / Higher Diplomas in relevant disciplines.
• Practical expertise and hands-on skill in course content creation will be considered as an alternative to formal degree requirements.

📋 Job Requirements & Responsibilities
• Strong passion for structuring high-quality academic modules, lecture slides, and student assessment materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with modern learning platforms (LMS) and AI-driven content generation tools is a distinct advantage.
• Ability to organize complex concepts into clear, engaging learning pathways according to CPD standards.
• NOTE: Full technical and instructional support will be provided by UIBM to help you design and build your course successfully.
